The team is led by Lynn Poulos, a seasoned sales leader with knowledge of sales and business development in the healthcare sector. With a proven track record from startups to Fortune 500 companies, her expertise encompasses client acquisition, account management, and strategic growth initiatives.

With an eye towards the power of brokering partner relationships, she sees the value that creates a win-win collaboration for both entities. Her experience spans consulting services, technology sales, leveraging AI for the payer / health insurance industry, solutions for mental health, substance use disorder and the behavioral health population, as well as business process outsourcing (BPO) for State Medicaid MMIS operations and numerous call center solutions. 

With strong communication and relationship building skills, Lynn excels in seeing the big picture vision, while executing tactically to achieve sales results. She is quickly able to discern business needs, creating and communicating a vision for desired outcomes, building and motivating cross – functional teams to resolve problems and ensure successful execution. Lynn navigates seamlessly across various domains, including payers, providers,  government, commercial accounts, and startups, ensuring alignment and fostering innovation.
